• Having traded for a newer and different model about 4 months ago, we cannot fault the workshop team for their after sales service. We have had a few minor issues with the new purchase, but Dave, Nathan and the worship team have promptly and positively responded to any of our emails and calls and resolved everything we have raised so far. Unfortunately the front decor panel blew off the front of the Swift on the way to Fullers for a planned visit, but they sourced a replacement and fitted it within 2 days, working with us so that we could sleep in the motorhome overnight at a nearby pub. Excellent after-sales service, thank you.
  • From first point of contact, to handover, we cannot fault the service offered. Tim (our salesman) patiently responded to all our queries, and anything he didn't know he would refer to Rob, anything Rob doesn't know about motorhomes isn't worth knowing :). Part exchange value offered over the phone for our caravan was honoured without quibble, making the process even more seamless. Finally we met Stephen for our handover, he was very thorough and re-assured us we could contact him should we forget anything. All round well deserved 5 Stars.
